We’re looking for Line Cook ( Cook 2/3) professionals to join our culinary team in Girdwood, Alaska .

What You’ll Do

As a Cook 2 or Cook 3 , you’ll play an essential role in delivering high-quality dishes to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing fresh ingredients including meats, seafood, and vegetables.
• Cooking and plating dishes to perfection while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Following recipes to ensure consistency and accommodating dietary requests.
• Managing inventory by monitoring stock levels and maintaining proper food storage.
• Keeping the kitchen clean and adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.

What We Need

• Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
• Previous professional cooking experience preferred
• No experience is required for this entry-level position – we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

What to Expect
📌 Be on your feet for long shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
