Do you love helping people, staying organized, and being the friendly first face patients see? We’re looking for a Patient Coordinator to join our orthodontic team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting with patients and families every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome patients and families to the practice, creating a warm and professional first impression
  
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule efficiently
  
• Communicate clearly with patients about their appointments, treatment timelines, and follow-up visits
  
• Coordinate with clinical and treatment teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
  
• Collect and verify patient information and update records accurately
  
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and assist with billing or insurance questions as needed
  
• Support office flow by helping wherever needed to keep the team running smoothly
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior dental or orthodontic front office experience preferred (but not required for the right person!)
  
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  
• Warm, positive, and professional demeanor
  
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  
• Comfortable using dental or medical scheduling software
