What schedule is the candidate required to work: Alternate weeks in Richmond VA office; other week remote. (5 days in office, 5 days remote, repeating). No 100% remote
Job Description:

• RPA Developer

Top Required Skills:

• Prior hands-on experience and successful delivery on a project in support of robotic process automation technologies – such as Power Automate for Desktop, Blue Prism, UI Path, or other robotic process automation technology experience (be sure to list technology used on resume for review).
• Prior experience translating from one RPA platform to another (be sure to list which platforms on resume).
• Ability to take business requirements/deliverables and create a plan and turn them into technical solutions.
• High Level analytical, problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically and conduct root cause analysis.
• Ability to think critically to make a clear and data driven decision in normal business and under pressure considering long term and short-term impacts.

What soft skill requirements do you have (team fit and personality requirements)?

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams to resolve and identify discrepancies/defects/issues.

Required Years of Experience:

• Minimum 3 plus years of experience as a RPA developer.

Education:

• Minimum High Scholl Diploma or GED

Are there any specific companies/industries you’d like to see in the candidate’s experience?

• Preference for previous utilities experience but open to candidates with large capital project experience in a regulated industry.

 

Pay Range: $55.00 - $58.00

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
