Job Description

As a Technical Project Manager in the SEM Department, you will:

1. Motivate the team to push boundaries, maintain quality, and uphold a sense of urgency with the right balance.
2. Have an excellent understanding of the product development flow.
3. Capable of translating high-level requirements into appropriate development team resources to ensure successful delivery according to the top-level program plan.
4. Keep the team focused and motivated throughout the development cycle.
5. Create and maintain project plans for the development team.
6. Manage outsourcing of development activities to co-developers.
7. Have experience managing complex engineering systems projects.
8. Proven track record of product delivery.
9. Understand multiple projects (hardware and software) and manage dependencies effectively.
10. Possess a good process background; project management certification is a plus.
11. Ability to understand system specifications, test specifications, and reports.
12. Possess an ownership mentalityaiming to deliver top quality at the right cost, first time right.
13. Be highly motivated, problem-solving, and self-driven.
14. Have good written and oral communication skills, capable of providing project planning with sound technical trade-offs.
15. Be a good team player in a multi-discipline, multi-cultural high-tech environment.
16. Lead project teams of 5-20 engineers.

Education and experience:

• BS in Engineering Physics with relevant experience or a Master's degree or higher in Engineering (Electronics, Physics, Electrical, Mechanical, Material Science, or related fields).
• 7+ years of experience in design, project management, or related fields, preferably in SEM or related technologies.
• Experience managing complex projects involving electronics, firmware, and software.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of Wafer Inspection and Applications is a bonus.

Skills:

• Deep understanding of Physics and its application in technology development.
• Expertise in risk management and navigating complex projects.
• Proficiency in budget management and strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts and coordinating with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and influence without authority.
• Familiarity with project management tools and Agile methodologies.
