Salary: Fully Licensed: $80,000 -$100,000+ Supervisee: DOE

Papillon Healing Specialists is seeking licensed or pre-licensed therapists/mental health counselors fluent in Spanish to join our team as a Spanish-Speaking Therapist .

Requirements:

• Licensed as LCSW/CSW/CSWI, CMHC/ACMHC, LMFT, or equivalent
• Knowledgeable in a wide range of diagnoses and clinical theories
• Willing to learn and use the companys internal technical tools and record-keeping software
• Skilled in providing psychotherapy to clients from diverse backgrounds
• Able to work in compliance with state and federal laws, including HIPAA
• Fluent in Spanish

Job Type:

• Part-time with the opportunity to build up to full-time as we help grow your caseload
• Requires at least one in-office day per week for part-time and two in-office days for full-time
• Schedule is flexible and negotiable

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychotherapy for individuals, families, couples, and groups
• Apply best practices in outpatient therapeutic settings
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to clients unique needs
• Maintain accurate treatment records, notes, and reports
• Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive client care
• Complete tasks assigned by the Management Team
