We’re searching for a dynamic Videographer/Editor to help bring our brand’s voice to life across digital platforms with stunning, high-impact video content. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $70,000–$80,000 99% employer-paid health, dental, and vision coverage for employees 65% employer-paid coverage for eligible dependents Full coverage for short-term/long-term disability and life insurance 401(k) with 50% company match up to 6% of salary Access to Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Generous and flexible paid time off Supportive, growth-oriented team culture with an emphasis on excellence and innovation Key Responsibilities Create visually stunning content for social platforms, marketing campaigns, events, and brand video initiatives Lead projects from concept through post-production, including storyboarding, filming, editing, and delivering final assets Uphold and enhance the brand’s luxury visual identity across all content Keep up with the latest trends in video, social media, and digital storytelling to ensure creative relevance Collaborate closely with internal teams across marketing, branding, and content Organize and manage video production equipment and studio resources Bring new ideas and techniques to elevate visual narratives and push creative boundaries Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in video production/editing, ideally in lifestyle, fashion, or premium brand environments Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Final Cut Pro Strong understanding of editing techniques, motion graphics, color grading, and storytelling Hands-on experience with lighting, directing, and producing both short- and long-form video content Bonus: Familiarity with 3D design or audio tools such as Cinema 4D, Maya, Nuke, or sound design software Bachelor’s degree in Video Production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field preferred Proactive and organized with a passion for visual storytelling and working under deadlines At Goodwin Recruiting, we are committed to our core values and providing world class customer service.
