Spanish-Speaking Property Manager

Minneapolis / St. Paul Metro

Career Strategies, a national leader in property management staffing, is seeking an experienced Spanish-Speaking Property Manager to oversee a multifamily community in the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area. This role requires a strong leader who is fluent in both English and Spanish and experienced in day-to-day property operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a multifamily apartment community
• Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and staff in English and Spanish
• Manage leasing, resident relations, rent collection, and renewals
• Supervise and support on-site staff, including leasing and maintenance teams
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, company policies, and local regulations
• Handle resident concerns, escalations, and conflict resolution
• Manage budgets, expenses, and reporting

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• 2+ years of property management experience (multifamily preferred)
• Strong knowledge of leasing, resident relations, and property operations
• Experience with Yardi, RealPage, or similar property management software preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Professional demeanor with excellent customer service abilities
