Job Location: Hybrid
Job Salary: $755k-$100k (DOE)

Tax Senior

Position Overview
The Tax Senior will be responsible for providing tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse client base. This role involves working closely with clients to ensure accurate tax reporting while optimizing their tax strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various tax regulations and the ability to support audit processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review corporate and individual tax returns
• Conduct tax planning and research to identify tax-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international tax regulations
• Assist clients with IRS inquiries and audit support
• Prepare tax provisions and financial statements related to tax
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Stay current with changing tax laws and regulations
• Mentor and train junior staff members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA certification is required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tax-related roles
• Strong knowledge of tax planning, corporate tax, and individual tax
• Experience with tax research and preparation of tax provisions
• Familiarity with IRS regulations and state tax laws
• Understanding of international tax concepts
• Proficient in accounting principles and financial statements analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
