Job Description & Requirements Work Experience:
\nTwo years of experience in an acute care hospital pharmacy preferred.\n\n
\n Education:
\nPrefer graduation from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
\nPrefer Pharm.D. degree and/or completion of an ASHP accredited residency program or equivalent.\n\n
\n License:
\nRequires level of education necessary for licensure as a pharmacist by the California Board of Pharmacy.
\nLicensure as a pharmacist in the State of California required.
